One Bill Solution

All services from Eurolink Connect will be added to a single invoice, making it easy to split costs across departments. We will itemise them the way you want them shown - and make them as transparent as we possibly can.

These Invoices are e-mailed in PDF format and link to our online portal where all your historic call data is stored securely.

One source of information:

Our secure portal gives you access to your entire billing history:

  • Summary of charges by month
  • Copies of Invoices
  • Full CSV files of all calls data
  • Summaries of top ten most frequently called numbers, longest calls, most expensive calls
  • Call patterns - daily, weekly, monthly
  • Graphical reports
  • Unbilled calls (calls made in the month, not yet invoiced)
